Alfons Mucha - The Seasons (1897) - Art Print

Four arched panels follow the turning year in Alphonse Mucha’s celebrated Art Nouveau style. Each figure represents a season, draped in flowing fabric and framed by curling vines, flowers and leaves. The palette draws on warm, earthy shades: ivory, honey beige, russet and soft sage. Fine lines give the design an ornamental feel while keeping the overall mood calm. We love the way the composition moves from quiet to blossom, sunshine and harvest in a gentle rhythm. No weather forecast required.

This wide-format design balances open space with intricate detail, making it easy to place above a sofa, hallway console table or desk. The arched panels lend the wall a sense of structure, while the repeating motif draws the eye across the piece. Looking for more of the master of flowing lines?
