In the US, unframed posters usually arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Framed posters need an additional 3 to 5 business days for framing.

Shipping is free on orders above a minimum amount, shown on the site and in your cart; in the US it's currently $69. Below that amount, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

All our posters are printed on 200 gsm FSC-certified paper. We choose the finish to suit each artwork: matte art paper for painterly and textured pieces, semi-gloss for designs that need vivid, saturated color, such as gradients and bold graphics.

It depends on the design. Most posters come in several sizes, from small formats up to 70 x 100 cm (about 28 x 40 in), and square designs come in square formats. Each product page lists the sizes available for that poster, in inches in the US.

Three styles: black metal, white oak and natural oak. Framed posters arrive fully assembled and ready to hang, protected by shatterproof plexiglass rather than glass. Our framing service is free.

Yes. Some designs are printed with a white margin around the image, which frames the artwork a little like a mat. When that's the case, the product page says so.

Very close, but slight differences can occur: every screen displays color differently, and paper, printing and room lighting all play a part. These small variations are normal and don't mean the poster is defective.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, from your account page or by emailing [email protected]. Posterscape is based in Paris, so returns are shipped back to our address in France, wherever your order was delivered; wait for our instructions before sending anything.

Because every poster is printed on demand for your order, return shipping costs are not refunded. The exception is an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered: in that case, we cover the reasonable return costs. Once we've received and processed your return, we refund the original payment method; the refund usually appears within 3 to 7 business days. Full details are in our refund policy.

Email a photo of the damage to [email protected], or contact us from your account page. Depending on the situation and your preference, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund, at no additional cost to you.
