This set brings them together as 2 art prints, at 20% off the price of the two posters bought separately.

In the story told by the Roman writer Apuleius, Psyche, a mortal of great beauty, loses the love of Cupid and wins it back after a long series of trials, before becoming immortal at his side. Our two frescoes were never painted together: Cupid floats on a field of warm ochre in a bedroom of a villa at Boscoreale, near Pompeii, while Psyche drifts across a sky of mineral blue in the House of Venus in Pompeii. Each is a small winged figure in a vast plain field, which gives the pair a calm, almost minimalist look. Ochre on one side, blue on the other: a gift idea for a couple, and a soft duo above a bed.

Set of 2 posters: Cupid of Boscoreale and Psyche on Blue

Same size and same frame option for both prints

Cracks and patina of the original walls reproduced in detail

Museum-grade paper

Want to go further? Discover all our Pompeii and Stabiae frescoes.
